Puno.- Con la finalidad de reducir las tasas de mortalidad materna y perinatal, los funcionarios de la Diresa Puno y la Red de Salud Lampa, recomiendan a las profesionales, realizar atenci\u00f3n primaria para detectar a mujeres gestantes y tambi\u00e9n hacen llamado para que acudan a tiempo a su atenci\u00f3n prenatal a fin de evitar complicaciones durante el embarazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estas recomendaciones fueron realizadas por la Dra. Evelin Choque Ch\u00e1vez, Directora Regional de Salud de las Personas y la Obstetra Yovana Quispe, coordinadora Regional de la Estrategia Sanitaria de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva, quienes se\u00f1alaron que las causas de muerte materna no se modificaron significativamente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, \u201ccontin\u00faan siendo en su gran mayor\u00eda complicaciones del embarazo, parto y puerperio, no predecibles, pero si tratables\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la reuni\u00f3n desarrollada ayer en el hospital Antonio Barrionuevo de Lampa, se pidi\u00f3 a las futuras madres, cuando se den cuenta que, suben demasiado de peso, tienen dolor de cabeza, pierden mucho l\u00edquido o sangre, es una se\u00f1al de que algo no anda bien y deben acudir a la brevedad posible al establecimiento de salud m\u00e1s cercano para y detectar a tiempo cualquier complicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte, el subdirector de la Diresa Puno, Dr. Joel Apaza Bellido, advirti\u00f3 que es muy importante acudir a las atenciones prenatales en los primeros meses de gestaci\u00f3n, para detectar patolog\u00edas; sin embargo, dijo que el trabajo que se debe hacer es preventivo, que consiste en detecci\u00f3n oportuna, no s\u00f3lo en tema de mujeres gestantes, sino de otras enfermedades como el Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tambi\u00e9n participaron de la reuni\u00f3n, el director regional de referencias y contra referencias, director de la Red de Salud Lampa, director del hospital Antonio Barrionuevo, jefes de microredess y personal de los diferentes establecimientos de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
